Two places spring to mind.
I have previously stayed in a bungalow at Legian Beach Hotel. I have also stayed in a privately owned one bedroom flat in the Residence portion of the Jayakarta Hotel and Residence. In both places it is possible for children to sleep in the loungeroom.
I do not know if these places have vacancies in July.
