We always stay at Discovery Kartika Plaza which is located next to the Discovery Shopping Mall. The hotel is I think 4 1/2 star but the breakfast is lovely, beautiful pool and grounds and direct beach access. Staff are excellent, swim up bar and I think about 3 restaurants. Please know that the beach around here is not the best beach. I have always used teh pool but the beach further north looked nicer. but others might have better advice on this.
