My wife buys her gold jewellery from the shops in Jalan Hasanuddin in Denpasar. Every taxi driver in Bali knows Jalan Hasanuddin.
My wife also takes her broken and old fashioned gold jewellery to Jalan Hasanuddin to trade in for modern items.
