we've stayed at the Dynasty lots of times. On a couple of occasions we have had the 2 kids with us in a Superior Room with no problems.
However, we were there two weeks ago and when we tried to check in they refused us the room as we had the 2 children. Ended up having to pay $240 per night with no breakfast in a studio room. When we first booked there we no family rooms available, we didn't book inter connecting rooms as our kids get very scared if they are not in the same room as us, so didn't want to pay for a 2nd room which we wouldn't use.
I'm sure since you just have 1 toddler and a baby you will be ok. Just ask for a cot - they are free and the Toddler can sleep with you.....there would not be enough space for a cot and an extra bed.
