They are really helpful and the apartments are great. We stayed in #6522 - three bedroom on 5th floor. Had two bathrooms, kitchen, dining and lounge. Also had large balcony areas, but the railings were not kid friendly, so did not go out their much. In the grounds of the Jayakarta Hotel, so can use all facilities, including pools.
