Agree with earlier post. The Stadium Cafe just off Kuta Square on the Tuban (south) side in front of Ramayana Hotel. Good food, easy location, big screens. Sometimes if too busy view can be obstructed, ie. they put people too close to the screen, but there is more than one, plus some tvs going. They generally pick up the live broadcasts, so allow for time diff and you can watch live. Just back from a month over there, and watched a few games there.
