It is one of the "originals" in this area and many of its staff have been there since its inception and display an amazing degree of genuine warmth and friendliness.
Over my years as a Travel Agent, I have stayed in all of the properties along the Nusa Dua strip but my favourite has always been - and will be - Nusa Dua Beach.
For those who can afford a little more, the Palace Club is a must! Actually when amortising all the "extras" - Private Lounge,Internet, amazing Breakfast - Buffet with A la Carte Selections - everything from Smoked Salmon to Nasi Goreng, All-Day Tea and Coffee Selection plus Non-Alcoholic beverages, Afternoon "High Tea" and Evening "Cocktails and Canapes" - I once asked for a drink list and was politely sold "Sir, we do not have a list - please tell me what you would like and we will make it for you" - (you can make a meal from the huge array of snacks and wash it down with quality Wines)against the price charged, the Palace Club offers amazing value-for-money.
I would best describe this property as offering highly professional service whilst retaining an air of informality mainly generated by the warmth of the staff - certainly none of the "stuffiness" which I found to be prevalent in other Nusa Dua properties.
