Flew with them to Fiji, no problem, friendly staff etc. etc. if I had to dig deep for any negativity the only thing was a seat belt was broken and had maintenance come on board to try and fix it but couldn't at that stage with the plane ready to depart so we (family of 4)were shifted to another part of the plane (luckily it wasn't full I guess).
