These are difficult to purchase, Matahari has some shirts but not a lot of choice.
As with others in the past, best suggestion is to go to a tailor, is the xxxl person going to Bali? You can shop around and might manage to pick up things here and there but its very difficult and even their version of xxxl is more like an xl, at most.
