The restaurant and bar of the Legain Village hotel is just past Jl Padma Utara as you walk up Jl Padma from the Padma.
It has lengthy happy hours, live bands several nights per week, Balinese dance several nights per week, a good cocktail menu and a pretty good meals and snacks menu.

there are also heaps of restaurants up Garlic lane and Jl Padma.
One called Bianca oposite Posers is good for a nice meal.
TAKE japanese is good also but a bit unnerving when they all greet you when you walk in. (dont try the fried chicken skin, it tastes just like you would imagine)
Legian Snacks along Jl Padma Utara is good value.

The only one I dont recommend is "Drops" but a lot on here do. (we have had some dreadful meals there and found the service to be totally lacking on several occasions)

As I said, heaps of good value restaurants and bars around, just go in some and try !
