I first used it in July 08 and it was fair to OK. In September they only had an almost drinkable red wine, a rank white wine, beer, and a lot of mixers - tonic, bitter lemon, coke etc. but not a spirit in sight. It was US$25 then and I decided not to return, really poor value.
