Is still to be decided and yes we would like a pool and a perfecr location but a smart enough to realise that we will have to compromise on some things. We understand about paying a year in advance and have no problem with that.
We are still trying to decide on a lot of things so we are taking short fact finding trip to decide what we need/like/want/can afford.
Your advice is greatly appreciated.
