Melt your old gold into pandora charms

Hi All
I know there are heaps of posts in Pandora charms so apologies in advance. Only 2 weeks to go, getting excited. I would like to know if anyone has had any luck taking over old gold broken jewellery and getting it made into pandora charms. I have heard Mrs Pak does pandora charms. Will she make them with your old gold jewelery. Are jewellers in Bali reliable enought that I will be sure what I am getting back is real gold as I have given?
Would love any feedback and advice on best places to go or any places I should make sure I don't etc.
