i think i would put it down to your age, could you imagine anyone being able to go on a web site book not pay a deposit not get a printed confimation and expect it to be a confirmed booking most hotels would be FULL of dodgy bookings, best for people who cant work a website go back to the phone i am sure you could work one of these?????
