Bali Budaya Bike Tour - I've done this three times and have not been disappointed. Only problem with this company is, it is popular from Ubud, but some operators along the beach have not heard of them.
I hadn't planned to go a third time, but there was space, and the guide asked if they could make some changes so that they all could go to the king's cremation. Now how do you pass up an opportunity like that?!
Definitely book through a booth over there - MUCH cheaper than the hotel and internet. I THINK you pay a deposit to the booking agent and the rest to the operator. Water (all day)and soft drink (with a superb Balinese lunch) included.
The operator was not phased when 6 of our group did not front up (rather embarrassing for the 5 of us that did), as I think they are used to it because of Bali Belly? We only had to pay for the 5 of us that actually turned up.
