Been out the Gilli Islands twice now andd love it. The snorkling is outstanding just off the Northern end of T or off the jetty. Gilli Air is also great for swimming an snorkling. But give yourself a few nights stay out there as it takes a good half a day travel from Bali. Well worth it!!
I don't know about Lembongan yet but travelling there in August for a couple of nights.
