You can go to Lembongan for a night or two as it only takes you a couple of hours to get there. If you want to go to Gili T I would put aside at least 4 days and as you go thru Lombok (if flying) it is worth having a couple of nights in Lombok as well. Snorkelling is much better in the Gili Islands but Lembongan is a good alternative.
