Prada Lounge

Just after some info, flying back to Perth on tuesday our holiday is just about over (way tooooooo soon)
Where do I find the Prada Lounge at the airport? Do I pay at the door?
Aussie dolar, visa or rupiah?
Any advise would be much appreciated
