had an experience with my friend who had to much wine 3 red and 1 vodka (told her not do take it)she was pulled up, taken to the little room, with me in tow,as I had 2 cartons of ciggies, ended costing us extra $70 to get through, but it was fairly unpleasant, for a while, at first they didn't want to negotiate!!!
However, another lady in the same room, didn't want to negotiate at ALL was ranting and raving,in the end, they made her tip a bottle of Chivas Regal down the sink (I saw it go down)
And that was 8 yrs ago, I would expect negotiations $$ have gone up!!
