I have done 2 Pacific Blue trips to Bali so far and have another in a fortnight. They didn't weigh my carry on for any of the flights, and the last one I did the plane was absolutely full (except for the premium seats, but they were by the end of the night flight!) I have had carry on weighed by Singapore Airlines previously.
I think they did a very good job and landed in all 4 instances ahead of schedule by 20 to 30 minutes. No complaints. I must say that I haven't actually noticed much negative feedback about them here.
