From outside the Jayakarta you go down Rum Jungle Rd or Jl Werkudara, about 5 minutes walk around a couple of bends. Once you see the public school on your right, across the rd on the left hand side is an authorized money changer in a glass front building. I think it is called Bali Saudara Valas. They were excellent, professional, totally above board. The rates seem to be low in the morning and after lunch the Rp rate to the Aud lifts a bit, that's what I noticed anyway.
