Just a thought popped into my mind. I know everybody loves to support the Balinese, and come on this forum to look for recommendations etc
But why don't people try to experience everything for themselves, and just go with the flow.
Why don't they try to find a driver themselves and spread the money around a little. I mean, the drivers, hotels, beach sellers, sunglasses man, massage ladies who have their name mentioned on here a hundred times or more are probably already rolling in the cash. (More than they let on)
I know it might be of some comfort for people, to have a recommendation from a friend etc, but just remember if its not your first trip to Bali, lets try to give the others a chance.
It just seems unfair to the others out there who need your help also.
I think finding all of the above yourself is part of the adventure of a holiday in Bali.
Just a thought thats all. Feel free to agree or disagree.
