is a great place but some of it is very very hard, be prepared to feel your muscles the next day. I really enjoyed the challengers of the last course of sorry to say did not finish it.
After you have done the treetops thing take a walk/drive around the botanical gardens it is absolutly breath taking. have fun and remember to warm up before you tackle the harder courses
