across the road from the main entrance into Jayakarta. Walk out front gate, turn R and road just there on left (which is Rum Jungle). There is a kodak changer about 2 shops down on R. Also on the R at the corner there is a Bag Shop ? Top Shop I think who was also recommended. Had no problem with either but as always, make sure you check your money. Was warned not to use any changers down on beach front (only couple there anyway) as they are dodgy.
We usually stay in Tuban too but tried Jayakarta in Dec and really liked the location. Staying there again next Feb. Enjoy your trip! : )
