Hi Chrissy, we're going in September for our first time too and can't wait! Our children are a little younger than yours but here's some of the things that I've found so far on the forum that I thought sound fun and we might do.
One day - Tree Top Walking, Botanical Gardens, Bedugal market, Tanah Lot temple, then watch sunset. I gather that we can do all of this in one day as it's all in the same area but it's a full day trip.
One day - White water rafting and elephant safari ride
One day - Waterbom park
Half day - horse riding (either on beach or through rice fields).
Of course, we'll be having massages, pedicures and manicures (my 10 & 8 year old girls can't wait for the manicures!) and lots of shopping. My girlfriend and I are also considering doing a cooking class and my husband and I are scuba divers so that's the next thing I'm going to start researching!
I also just read on one of the posts responding to yours about fire dancing. Hmmn, that sounds interesting. Will start researching that too!
