I am sure that for $7000 you would be getting the complete package, paper work, celebrants, venue, food, alcohol,flower package, photographer etc. Some of the catering companies charge US$35 or more per head plus the alcohol is pretty expensive, a good photographer will be about $1000 & many venues charge a substantial fee -
