Did you do Turtle Island from Sanur. We want to do it with our kids in Feb and previously saw it advertised from Nusa Dua but maybe you can go there from other places?
The last couple of trips we have gone to Prada Lounge. In Dec we were charged 150k per/A but in March when we passed immigration there was a man standing there and asked if we were VB customers (he could see my boarding pass!) and said we could go to Prada Lounge for 100k per/A, kids free. Had been going to try Dewa but as he offered that with no negotiation needed we took it. Seems like it would have similar 'stuff' with small cakes (pretty stale they were!), dim sum 'stuff', 'cheese' triangle s/wiches, some salads, fruit and good selection of drinks. Great to relax in a clean environment before the flight.
