We flew economy from Bali airport to Sydney a couple of days ago and used the Bali Concierge service(www.thebaliconcierge.com)which not only got us through the check-in/customs formalities within 15 minutes but also gave us access to the Prada Lounge until our flight was called. We were away from the crowds enjoying complimentary snacks, drinks etc in a Qantas Club Lounge type setting. It cost 400,000Rp each and I would highly recommend it.
