I have just booked a room and paid by bank transfer also. I scanned a copy of the transfer receipt and emailed the copy. I have had a response via email to say they will confirm when they see the deposit into the account. What is the problem for you? are they saying the money hasn't been paid? or are they not reserving the rooms you requested? Hoping that this isn't a new trend!
