Plenty of reliable money changers in Ubud. Plenty of places to buy water etc. also. It is less than an hour to Ubud from the airport. I would be just heading straight to Greenfields, check in and eat across the road or Warung Enak which is almost next door. Depending where you are heading to your body clock may be confused regarding time and won't know if it is hungry or not! If you are from Perth you clock will not have changed and you may be looking for food by then. Coming from further east we have to eat lunch during the flight to survive!
