Ended in disaster. It was our first morning in Bali, I saw some necklaces I liked, I had no Idea how much to pay, I was just looking, found myself drawn into disucssing prices, I couldnt get him anywhere near where I thought I would like to pay, so I said no thanks and then he almost cried, i will have bad luck all day now because you didnt buy from me,he got so grumpy, I felt so bad I slinked away and have hated haggling ever since! Oh and to make me feel worse I never did see those necklaces cheaper than what he was wanting, so he was really doing me a good deal I just didnt know it.
I like fixed price shopping or I get someone else to bargan for me, this time going back I am determined to improve my skills!
