and don't have Australia adr approval and are there for illegal to use in Australia, the vehicle would be unroadworthy with one fitted, if the vehicle is late model you would need to remove the steering wheel air bag (also illegal) and in if the driver was injured due to the wheel not collapsing correctly in the event of an accident possibly criminally liable.
note trying to be negative just speaking as a licensed roadworthy tester in Victoria
