Hi again, yes i have contacted Allen, he sent a lovely post, and i looked up his website and remember seeing this a while ago now and being impressed with their rotarywork and how cheap the can get the kids education and what a wonderful contribution they are making to so many lives. Also thought i would leave it to the big organised clubs like lions, rotary, etc. But as karma would have it in 2006 i started privately sponsoring Made, and it just grew naturally on its own from there, to where it is today. I was emailing Allen about what i have found to be so rewarding working with such a small number is the individual contact with these kids and their families and the subsequent invites to their home villages and the genuine friendships that have resulted. To be trusted enough to bring Made to experience Australian primary school and our way of life was phenomenal, and all went with no problems.
