, when i looked back at what i wrote, it hasn't come across that i was paying the same price (in fact a little more) for the 3 of us on the 2nd booking. As i was booking it from their cafe/internet area they actually helped me to print out the booking sheet to the printer at their desk, and they were fully aware that it was still the same room for the 3 of us and the price was fractionally higher, this was why it was unfair to pay an extra $15 on top of the rate for 3 which had already been paid for. The print out had the double option showing and this became their point of contention, even when he looked at the website with me when i was explaining the problem of not being able to get the drop down box to go to 3 (and it had when i booked the 1st time in aust.) I thought maybe all the triple rooms had gone but they said they had vacancies.There is no way i would pay for 2 and expect 3 were able to stay at a double price. I guess i have to be clearer in forums as yesterday was the 1st time i had used one. Knowing the full background in my mind and communicating my experience i haven't made myself very clear. regards, jan.
