I have always found that the Bali Tailors copy items of clothing best as they know exactly what they need to make. (Nothing lost in translation).
If you have a particular colour or type of fabric, it will be cheaper in Bali but maybe not excatly like you want. If you have a little flexibility, all will be well.
I have been using House of komang in Jl Padma lately and find Komang and her husband Ketut excellent to deal with and fairly priced.
