We have just come back from the Jayakarta, not overly happy with the service as we had booked 3 deluxe rooms. We arrived on easter friday, staff at reception told us they were overbooked, so we had to stay in the apartments for 1 night,then moved us to our original rooms we had booked-- deluxe rooms. Not happy, rooms had twin beds, so in the end couldn't be bothered changing rooms again a few days later.
Wouldn't recommend the apartments as they are further away from the pool area and they were damp and very musty.
Now don't get me wrong, We did enjoy the location of the Jayakarta, maybe it was because of the Long weekend and school holidays that this happened. Hope this helps
