Not the same place, very different. Beach House is in Cangu which is a fair way out of the legian, Kuta area. Amazing place, great food which you choose raw and they cook for you and so much to choose from, it's next to the beach and Sunday night they have live band called Crazy Horse great band. The beach shack is in Legian on Jl sahadewa (garlic lane) not my fav spot but lots others enjoy it, maybe i just havn't got the right night yet. Two totally different places.
