Hi, the big bite is the sign out the front, it used to be called I think Kuta Seafoods, (even though there is indian, thai, chinese, traditional, juices, and seafood)
It is about between McDonalds and Mercure Kuta. You cant miss it, just amass of plastic tables in a food mall sort of thing. Looks ordinary during the day, but great and cheap cheap cheap!!
