Hi, so many opinions and experiences from different viewpointsm, must make it hard. My first pick would be The Losari just down in Garlic lane, from the Lokha. The lokha pool offers no privacy from people walking past on the busy Jalan Padma. I was disappointed in Casa Padma. The Puri Raja would be the pick of your 4 with its position and smaller size. or if you like large resorts and lots of aussies go the Jayakarta. I continually return to the Losari, it is clean, good staff, good position(not beach) but it is very reasonably priced. You need a delux/pool room or if your budget allows it there are 2 good villas next to the back pool. good luck!!
