Went to Ramanaya's in Denpasar's as hubby has lost 22 kilo's (over last year)so badly needed clothes. Got some great bargains.
He came home with a whole new wardrobe, short sleeve collared shirts we $45,000rp per shirt, paid $129,000rp for jeans and roughly same for work trousers. Approx $100.00aud.
Brought 2 new pairs of Homy peds for myself.
WWR went with Bali International Rafting, Good Value paid $240,000rp
this trip went longer, 16 km down river. Went on a few km's once you had gone over the 4 metre drop. Can say that the 90 steps out were so good compared to the 200-300 we normally have to climb.
Bintang Bike Ride
Great value $250,000rp, As standard with these tour, went to a coffee plantation, then Morning tea overlooking Lake Batur, then taken a few km down the mountain, then started the ride.
Scenery included rice paddies, villages(I brought lolly pops and small packets of biscuits which the children loved), then continued along a small part of main road, this was great,(Was a bit worried about amount of traffic but felt safe the whole ride). Lunch was in the owners compound, A set menu of soup, main meal and a fruit platter. Drinks were not included unless you wanted water. You could buy bintangs, juice and cool drink.
