yes,it is an isolated area but agus (ida the cooks husband ) is also a driver and guide.
The area is good for walks,although if you end up staying at Villa Cepik and turn right to go to sideman,the track has a steep start!
I didn't spend long there or do much but i believe there are a lot of places to visit within a short drive.
