They are working hard - from what I heard 24/7 but doubt very very much if finished on time. They have actually put open time back until 5th May. I was there week before Easter and took some photos from the beach on the day I arrived and also during the week to show a friend the progress as they were booked to stay there from 11th May. I love the Pelangi and always stay there but would be very worried if I was booked to stay there in May. If you want to see them I have left email open.
