There are places/shops all over the place.
They have a board out the front with about 5 different service providers/cards listed. ie Mentari, XL Pro etc.....
Then they list different top up amounts, 25,000, 50,000 and 100,000.
You tell them how much you want to top up the card, they charge you extra for there commission, usually 2,000 to 3,000 (varies).
They then scratch the back of the card you pay for and register with your provider and generally show you the new credit limit you have on the phone.
Easier to do than write.
When you buy the card and phone number initially, get them to show you which number you need to ring to check your credit.
