you can get the initial card then get more added to it.
from memory it was about 50000rp for the initial card, then we got more money put on so we wouldn't need to go back.
got it done outside the bintang supermarket but there are hundreds of places.
not sure if they had a range of initial prices.
it certainly is the way to go if your phone is unlocked.
