You will not get people milling around everywhere, it always seems deserted and around the pool there are not a lot of people but lots of towels on lounges!!
There is always an air of privacy (unless you get the bogan element yelling up to balconies) It is a very well thought out Hotel for the size with lots of glorious foliage seperating areas (although no big lawned areas like Laguna etc)
Luck of the draw whether you will get a lounge, the one hour rule is new to me (havne't been since Nov) and be interesting to see how strongly it is enforced!
