Manik organik is in Sanur, opposite Hardys but a bit further on in the direction of bali Hyatt. It is a small alternative health shop and the leaflets are inside. They have a place to change and provide mats etc and I will try it next time. Usually two classes a day 9.30am and 6.00pm but different styles each time ie Hatha and Iyengar. They also offer Reiki and naturopathy amongst other things. Looked good to me.

I usually sms him before I go and he meets me at the airport. he is good at shopping, as he will help bargain and carry the parcels!
He has taken me to places where tourists usually dont go so I get good deals, and different experiences. It is usually about 400 thous for a full day ( your itinerary) and 200 for a shorter time, but work it out with him. He is a guide as well as a driver.
