we stayed there last July school holidays and DID NOT have a problem around either pool. Mind you we weren't interested until mid afternoon so perhaps most people had drifted by then. Or maybe because it was cooler, the need to hang around a pool all day was not so great?
Pool lounge availability is usually an issue no matter where you stay. If this 1 hour rule is enforced then that would make the KP one of the more desirable places re this issue.
