that only 6 rooms in whole hotel have been renovated and they have a big group there at the moment (approx 20 people) and none of them scored renovated rooms. I know hotel is fully booked, as not whole group could get into the hotel, so you will have to be really lucky to score a renovated room. I think you need to expect plain room and then if you do score one it will be a pleasant surprise.
