I tried to book direct by email but they were not forthcoming. They emailed me back a list of travel agents who handle their bookings. I think most major operators would be able to make a booking there.
The breakfast was o.k. - nothing special. You can always have somthing from the egg station if you are after something fresh. But more choice than we have at home. Both the coffee and tea were terrible though.
One thing that did make me smile was that it seemed everyday they topped up the cereal containers but didn't acutally empty the powder that settles towards the bottom of the jar. By week's end 1/2 of the jar was just powder!
