are readily available. I like Discovery centre with Centro, OshKosh, Giordano for kids clothes. ALso love Kids Au Go Go (JL Laksmana), By the Sea (Jl Legian) & Kuta Kids (Bemo crnr) for boardshorts, bibs and cute baby slippers. You won't find a great deal of winter clothing.
Playgrounds are not common place in Bali. Very few hotels have playgrounds that are avail for walk in as they are within the grounds of kids clubs etc... I'm not familar with Jimbaran but look for restaurants that have a bit of open space and take a ball, or a beach front (Pantai, Tuban; La Lucciola, Seminyak) and take sand toys.
If you do find a playground they won't be too Aus standards so you might not want to leave a 2yr old to their own devices. Alot of hotel restaurants are near the pool with no fence thus creating another hazard.
Mosquito nets I haven't bothered with but my baby sleeps in a Kinderkot which is an enclosed tent. The boys are fine without.
Can't help you with Lovina sorry
